Our Darwen Diesels Common Rail Test Equipment Starter Package incorporates the 40D800 Simulator and a 40D802 injector cabinet, providing the facility to test and repair Siemens and Delphi fuel pumps, as well as pumps and injectors fitted with Bosch CP1 and CP3 systems.
The 40D800 simulator mirrors the vehicle ECU and can emulate normal running conditions by manually controlling the pressure regulator, inlet metering valve (IMV) or inlet metering unit (IMU) on Bosch CP1 / CP2 / CP3 systems, Delphi, Siemens and Denso pumps.
