Claims and Cancelled Orders

Section 1 Faulty Goods

In cases where the product is received damaged or has malfunctioned within the guarantee period and is considered by the seller to have a genuine fault, the seller will endeavour to exchange the item on a ‘like for like’ basis or give a full refund.

Section 2 Unreasonable Claims

The seller undertakes at all times, to give a full, frank and honest assessment of any item returned under claim. Claims will be refused for the following reason(s):

1. If the seller considers the ‘fault’ to be no more than ‘fair wear and tear’.
2. If the seller considers the ‘fault’ to be inflicted by an outside source.
3. Where the seller considers the product has been used in unreasonable conditions.
4. Where the buyer has failed to maintain care of the product.

 Section 3 Dismissal of Claim

In such cases where the buyer disagrees with the refusal and wishes to return the item, the buyer will be responsible for any carrier charges which must be paid for in advance. If still no fault found, the item will be returned to the buyer and again costs will need to be paid by the buyer in advance. If the buyer refuses to pay the Carriage charges, then the seller will dispose of the Goods after 28 days.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the contract was made. That means you can cancel before you have downloaded the product or we have delivered it to you.

How to cancel

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, sent to us by post or e-mail. A Cancellation form is attached for your convenience.
