DPF Cleaning
Our Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleaning and regeneration service is a relatively new addition to our product and service portfolio at Darwen Diesels. This service means that DPF’s, which previously had to be scrapped and replaced once they had become operationally ineffective, can now be fully restored.
DPF CleaningDiesel Pump Repair
At Darwen Diesels, we offer a diesel pump repair service alongside excellent technical advice to assist our customers. Our primary focus is the repair of common rail diesel pumps, particularly Bosch, Delphi, Denso, and VDO/Siemens/Continental. Our repair service is actually a full recondition of the pump to ensure maximum reliability.
Diesel Pump RepairBosch Piezo Injector Repair
We at Darwen Diesels, have been repairing Bosch piezo type fuel injectors successfully for over 2 years. It is very specialised work, and can’t be undertaken by every repair shop. The injector is totally stripped down, cleaned ultrasonically, and reassembled with new parts fitted if necessary. The injector is then put on test, and adjusted according to Corona test equipment specifications.

Darwen Diesel’s international delivery capability means we are able to export our products to worldwide destinations. We regularly export diesel fuel injection spares and test equipment for a wide range of systems, from Simms, CAV / Lucas / Delphi, Bosch VA, VE, EDC and VP, Zexel and Nippon Denso, right up to all the latest common rail systems including Denso and Siemens.
